Completing the application form and online registration constitutes as an order, which will be confirmed by e-mail. An invoice will be issued regarding the participation fee. Participation in the event is subject to the payment of the participation fee in advance.

Cancellation. The participation fee must be paid even in the event of absence from the event. After full payment of the participation fee, participation is transferable under the following conditions. The registered participant's identity may be changed in writing by e-mail to magyarvasut@magyarvasut.hu no later than 5 working days before the event.

A bejelentett résztvevő részvételének módosítása meghatározott feltételek mellett lehetséges. A résztvevő személye legkésőbb a rendezvényt megelőző 5. munkanapig írásban a magyarvasut@magyarvasut.hu címre küldött e-mailben módosítható.
