Participants can only enter to the event with a (pre)paid ticket.

HUNGRAIL Hungarian Railway Association reserves the right to change participation fees until the begining of the event.

10% discount of the participation fee for 5 or more participants registering at the same time*

*Attention! The prices above include intermediary services (event catering), which are not subject to any possible discounts! Please note that discounts cannot be combined. The discount applicable for group ticket purchases can only be provided by HUNGRAIL Hungarian Railway Association if the same person orders and pays for the necessary number of participation tickets for the group discount at one registration for the same event.

The participation fee includes the buffet lunch and refreshments served during the coffee breaks.

APPLICATION, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Filling out the application form and online registration is considered an order, for which a confiramtion email is to be sent out. An invoice is to be issued for the participation fee. Participation in the event is conditional upon the prior payment of the participation fee. Withdrawal: After finalizing and sending the application, we cannot accept cancellations. The participation fee must also be paid in case of absence from the event. After full payment of the participation fee, participation can be transferred under the following specified conditions. The name of the registered participant can be modified in writing via email sent to hungrail@hungrail.hu no later than 5 working days prior to the event.

I acknowledge that images and recordings will be made of the event, and I consent to their creation and use. The Organizer’s Data Privacy Notice is available here.

I consent to the processing of my personal data as stated above.

ATTENTION!

HUNGRAIL Hungarian Railway Association reserves the right to change the date of the event. If the date of the event is changed, HUNGRAIL Hungarian Railway Association will inform ticket holders of the new date in due time. Purchased and paid tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date or, if the new date is not suitable, may be transferred to another person.
