HUNGRAIL Hungarian Rail Association has the right to modify prices of the tickets by the beginning of the event.

Discounts

Discounts can not be merged. Participants can only enter event when having valid, paid tickets.

*Please consider, that the above mentioned prices contain indirect services (catering at the event), for which the discounts do not apply. Please bare in mind that discounts can not be merged. Group discount applies only if one person orders and pays the groups tickets in one single order.
Participation fee contains the coffee and lunch break.

Filling in the registration form and submiting the registration is considered as a purchase order, which we are going to confirm via e-mail. We issue an invoice about the participation fee. The participation fee must be paid before the event, it is a precondition to participate at the event.

Cancellation: We are not able to accept cancellation after finalising and submiting the registration. The participation fee must be paid even if not attending the event. Nevertheless after paying the participation fee the participation can be handed over on the following conditions. At latest five working days before the event the participant’s name can be changed by sending the request via email to magyarvasut@magyarvasut.hu.

I take note that audio- and video recording takes place during the event, I give my consent to the development and utilization of these.
